I moved to Southwest Florida with my wife and three boys, from Oshawa, Ontario, Canada in 1992. I started selling real estate in 1993 and absolutely love what I do. I have pretty much seen it all. Slow times and crazy times. I have sold homes over the phone and also sold homes to people I have worked with for years. Either way, the thrill is when someone says this is it, this is the one, and they thank me for helping them in their search. I look forward to many more years of helping folks find their Florida place in the sun.

In my fifteen plus years of selling real estate in Southwest Florida, I would have to say the years I spend selling new construction for developers was the most satisfying. Walking lots, picking a floor-plan, choosing colors and options and then watching it all come together. Taking photos all through construction and emailing them to out of state future homeowners was a lot of fun for me. I was their eyes and ears and enjoyed the many appreciative emails I got back.

Now I enjoy showing and selling new and resale homes in Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples. I love to go and look at the multi-million dollar condos and homes on or near the gulf. This truely is paradise and where the sun spends the winter.
